Sometimes just one picture really isn't worth 1000 words.

Step 1: drag kid-size rocking chair into kitchen, stand on it, and grab illicit item off counter-top.

Step 2: Chow down on peanut butter in the corner until Mommy finds you.

Note to future peanut butter thiefs - it's best to try this when when Mommy is on the phone. And move fast. We did this in under a minute!

Today Sammy and I went for a walk along the Baltimore and Annapolis Trail, which runs right by our house. It's part of the East Coast Greenway. You can't see them here very well, but lots of wild flowers have been planted along the path.

Glenn and I went for a walk at dusk today. These are azaleas blooming at the church next door. I forgot how much I missed azaleas (yes, you do see them in the UK, just not nearly as much as in this area).

Today we went to the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival. I've always wanted to go and it was a lot of fun, though hard work with the boys. Sammy and Jake enjoyed seeing the animals and I liked the crafts and people watching. Glenn had to work on his PhD corrections.

**Cheat Alert!** Of course I had to post a picture of some sheep, but I also loved the vintage ice cream stands so today is a twofer!
